Hello,
My OB approved my use of Adderall for ADHD treatment at 16 weeks. I cut my dosage to the lowest possible (5 mg IR), which I take 2x per day about 3 times a week. I am a full-time graduate student as well as employed full-time and try to only take it only on days I have class. I am now 26 weeks. Is this medication & dosage okay to continue through the third trimester? Is there any evidence to suggest I should discontinue at 28 weeks? I am concerned about the long term cognitive effects on my baby, but my own google search has resulted in very conflicting answers.
