    Cocaine use is highly risky in a breastfeeding mother. We don't know anything about the levels of cocaine in milk following maternal use, but I'm sure its there.

    I still suggest a 24 hour waiting period regardless of the age of the infant.

    If this mom continues to use this drug, I'd suggest she's not a good candidate for breastfeeding.
