  • An addiction to Ketamine while breastfeeding

A mother uses Ketamine as usual and the pediatrician would like her to quit Ketamine and start to breastfeed her infant. Please suggest breastfeeding management for this case.
I already found Ketamine in Hale's Medications and Mothers' Milk (2021), however, it mentioned Ketamine as a general anesthetic agent only. Thank you so much for your kind suggestion.

    Lactation Clinic:

I can't answer this question as no clinical data are supplied, such as dose, how she takes it (lM, IV, intranasal ???) and syndrome treated.
