  • Dexamethasone injection

I had a dexamethasone injection 2mg in my wrist. Nobody will give me a clear answer whether I can still breastfeed. I forgot I had the injection and mixed 3oz of my milk with 28oz of donor milk and now I'm scared I need to throw all the milk out. Help. Is the milk still safe to feed my baby!

You can use your milk without concern of infant harm.
