    Breastfeeding using topical environ products

    Hi, I have been using environ avst1 for a week now am and pm. I am feeding my 3 week old baby and worrying now if I should continue to use this product while feeding or if I should stop using it? Many thanks

    I am unable to pull up the full list of ingredients for this product. I see it contains vitamin A and C. These vitamins are ok topically while breastfeeding. The 2 main ingredients to stay away from in facial products are salicylic acid and hydroquinone. (According to a Q&A forum they have never used hydroquinone in their products) If your product does not contain these 2 products it is probably ok to continue to use it while breastfeeding.
